When will my order ship?
All orders that are in stock, after receiving your order confirmation, ships in 1-2 business days. Please note that "business days" refers to Monday - Friday. Orders made after 11AM EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. All pre-order or out of stock items will ship when they become available. Please contact email@example.com for status updates on pre-order and out of stock items.
Who handles customs, duties & taxes?
- For international shipments, all customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. As the taxes and duties vary by country, please check with your customs office for estimated cost.

How do I return an item?

What's my warranty coverage?
We guarantee KORERO Gear products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original buyer for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or extend to any KORERO Gear product that has been modified. Only original KORERO Gear products are covered under this warranty.
What payment options do I have?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Paypal, Apple Pay, Android Pay and Amazon Payments.
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
